September 14 – Arrival at Rome FCO Airport & Transfer to Castiglion Fiorentino

• Afternoon arrival at Rome Airport, transfer to Castiglion Fiorentino, check in to accommodations
• 6:30 PM  Welcome – group tour of the estate, wine tasting, and dinner

September 15 – CLE Conference & Cortona Day

• 9:15 AM    Shuttle to the meeting site
• 9:30 AM    Breakfast & Meeting for the CLE conference
• 12:30 PM  Light lunch
• 3:00 PM    Transfer for guided tour of nearby Cortona
• 7:30 PM    Dinner at Pozzo Antico restaurant 
• 9:30 PM    Return to accommodations

September 16 – Montepulciano Day

• 8:00 AM    Breakfast 
• 9:30 AM    Bus departs for Montepulciano winery
• 11:00 AM  Winery tour, wine tasting,  lunch at Cantine Fattoria Della Talosa SRL
• 3:00 PM    Guided tour of Montepulciano and free time for shopping
• 8:00 PM    Dinner onsite

September 17 – CLE Conference & Castiglion Fiorentino Day

• 9:15 AM    Shuttle to the meeting site
• 9:30 AM    Breakfast & Meeting for the CLE conference
• 12:30 PM  Light lunch  
• 3:00 PM    Meeting with Mayor of Castiglion Fiorentino, Mario Agnelli
• 4:00 PM    Guided tour of Castiglion Fiorentino
• 7:30 PM    Dinner at the well known Ristorante da Muzzicone
• 9:30 PM    Return to accommodations

September 18 – Florence Day

• 8:00 AM     Breakfast
• 9:30 AM     Transfer departs for Castiglion Fiorentino station for train to Florence’s   Santa Maria Novella station
• 2:00 PM      Guided tour of Florence
• Afternoon  Train from Florence Santa Maria Novella to Castiglion Fiorentino
• 8:00 PM       Dinner onsite

September 19 – Meeting & Free Afternoon

• 9:15 AM    Shuttle to the meeting site
• 9:30 AM    Breakfast and Meeting for CLE conference 
• 12:30 PM  Light lunch
• 7:30 PM    Farewell pizza party
• 9:30 PM    Return to accommodations

September 20 – Check Out

• 10:00 AM   Check out and transfer to Castiglion Fiorentino train station
