A criminal defense lawyer since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978 and a former prosecutor, Mr. Richardson has litigated high-profile cases, including the defense of law enforcement officers charged with homicide while on duty, several intense Grand Jury investigations, and other significant criminal cases over the past 45 years. 

Mr. Richardson has been Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law since 1996. He has numerous professional distinctions which include: an AV rating by Martindale Hubble for over 25 years; induction as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2010; being listed among the coveted groups of “Super Lawyers”; Best Lawyers in America and Top 100 Lawyers. He was recognized by Best Lawyers in America as Lawyer of the Year in Criminal Defense -White Collar crime. 

Mr. Richardson has earned his reputation for integrity and ethics, and as such has served as a member and past Chair of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners from 2012-2017, as well as on the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Jury Instructions in Criminal Case. Mr. Richardson has served as a visiting professor at law faculties in Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus.

He has long-standing experience advising multi-national companies with a presence in Italy and Europe, providing multi-faceted advice in complex, high-profile transactions and for foreign investors and corporations. Mr. Macioce is a member of the Milan Bar, Bar of Tax Consultants, and a member of the Commission on Company Law to the Associations of Certified Auditors and Accountants of Milan. His legal expertise and reputation has distinguished him as an in-demand lecturer of Masters in Law and Business at Italian and European Universities. In addition to leading complex high profile corporate mergers, he has specialized in organizing family businesses and privately owned assets through a  variety of structures. Additionally, he has assisted multiple world recognized contemporary artists, international art galleries, collectors, and Italian foreign at foundations, including litigating numerous significant art law challenges.

Ms. Rico has earned a distinguished 40-year legal career. She has served as in house and General Counsel to numerous public and private organizations, including two of the largest public school boards in the nation. She earned designations as a Florida Bar Certified Legal Education Specialist and Florida Supreme Court Civil Mediator. 

Ms. Rico also has served as commission member and Chair of the 15th Judicial Nominating Commission, served on the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission, and was elected to serve as the first female President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
